Working as an expat in Tanzania puts you at the mercy of maintaining & renewing work permits and residence permits. The Morgans came to IBC with two main goals – to gain government registration for IBC as a recognized society and to strategize with the church how to best advance into a relevant and productive vision for the immediate and long term future.
